By accessing or using Kinnect (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the App. Kinnect is operated by MMG (Linden, Guyana) and provides food delivery, ride-hailing, marketplace, and other local services.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Kinnect. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. Kinnect is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
All prices displayed are in Guyanese Dollars (GYD) unless stated otherwise. When you place an order through Kinnect, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable delivery fees. Restaurants and service providers are independent third parties; Kinnect acts as an intermediary platform only.
Kinnect connects passengers with independent drivers. All rides are provided by independent contractors, not Kinnect employees. You must enable location access for ride booking. Kinnect is not liable for delays, route changes, or incidents caused by drivers or road conditions beyond our control.
The Kinnect Marketplace allows users to list and purchase items. Kinnect does not verify the accuracy of listings and is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. Users are responsible for inspecting items before purchase. Fraudulent listings must be reported to support immediately.
You may not use Kinnect to post illegal content, harass other users, commit fraud, or violate any applicable law. Kinnect reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
All content within the Kinnect app — including logos, design, and software — is owned by or licensed to MMG. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kinnect and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or services provided through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes via in-app notice.
